1. Business and Services
Asma Host is a hosting and digital infrastructure brand owned and operated by Aslam Ali, Sole Proprietorship. We provide shared web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, master and alpha reseller hosting, domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, VPS, dedicated servers and related technical services.
The exact features, price, storage, bandwidth, billing period, renewal amount and limitations are shown on the applicable product or checkout page.
2. Account Registration and Verification
- Customers must provide correct name, email, phone number, billing address and other requested information.
- Customers are responsible for protecting login, cPanel, WHM, server and email credentials.
- We may request identity, business or payment verification for fraud prevention and compliance.
- False, stolen or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension or termination.
3. Service Activation and Delivery
- Shared and reseller hosting is normally activated electronically within a few minutes to 24 hours after successful payment and verification.
- Domains are processed through the relevant registrar and registry and remain subject to availability.
- VPS delivery may take up to 48 hours, while dedicated servers may take up to 7 business days depending on hardware availability.
- Credentials and service notices are sent to the customer's registered email address.
4. Acceptable Hosting Use
Services may be used only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Phishing, malware, ransomware, viruses, botnets, hacking, scanning or unauthorized access.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited email, abusive marketing or open mail relay.
- Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, exploitative or infringing content.
- Child sexual abuse material or any content prohibited by Indian law.
- Copyright piracy, counterfeit products, stolen goods or unauthorized financial schemes.
- Cryptocurrency mining, public proxies, file dumping or backup-only storage on shared hosting.
- Activities that damage server stability, network reputation or other customers.
5. Shared Hosting Resource Rules
Shared services operate in a multi-user environment. Continuous excessive use of CPU, RAM, disk I/O, bandwidth, database connections, email resources, inodes or processes is not permitted. We may limit a resource, disable a problematic script, request an upgrade or suspend the affected account.
6. Reseller Hosting Rules
- Resellers are responsible for their own end customers, billing and first-level support.
- All reseller customers must comply with these terms.
- Abuse by an end customer may lead to suspension of the affected account or reseller service.
- Resellers must maintain independent backups and must not make false server ownership or uptime claims.
7. Domains
- Domain registration, renewal and transfer are subject to registry and registrar policies.
- A domain is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed.
- Customers must check domain spelling before purchase.
- Processed domain registration, renewal, transfer and redemption fees are generally non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for renewing before expiry; expired domains may enter grace, redemption or deletion stages.
8. VPS and Dedicated Servers
- Customers are responsible for all content and activity hosted on their server.
- Unmanaged servers require the customer to handle security patches, software, firewall, backups and configuration.
- Spam, attacks, phishing, malware and illegal use are prohibited.
- IP addresses may change for routing, security, reputation or data-centre reasons.
9. Pricing, Payments and Taxes
- The customer must pay the amount displayed on the invoice or checkout page.
- Promotional prices may apply only to the initial billing term; renewal pricing may differ.
- Applicable GST and other taxes may be charged according to law.
- Payment may be processed by an authorized payment gateway, bank, UPI provider or card network.
- We do not ask customers to disclose their UPI PIN, banking password or OTP.
- Successful payment does not require us to accept an illegal, fraudulent or prohibited order.
10. Renewal, Suspension and Termination
- Customers must renew services before the due date.
- Unpaid services may be suspended on or after the due date.
- Continued non-payment may result in termination and permanent data deletion.
- Restoration is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges.
- Illegal activity, fraud, abuse or urgent security threats may result in immediate termination.
11. Backups and Data
Customers must maintain current independent backups of website files, databases, emails, configurations and customer records. Any backup provided by Asma Host is a convenience and is not guaranteed to be complete, current or recoverable.
12. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund eligibility and cancellation procedures are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Domains, SSL, licences, VPS, dedicated servers, setup work and third-party products may be non-refundable after processing or activation.
13. Support and Service Availability
Support covers issues directly related to purchased hosting services. Custom coding, website development, third-party plugin repair, SEO and full server administration are excluded unless separately purchased. Scheduled maintenance, hardware failure, attacks, network incidents, registry issues and force majeure may cause temporary interruption.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Asma Host and Aslam Ali are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, reputation, data or business opportunity. Total liability relating to an affected paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the relevant billing period, except where law requires otherwise.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer laws, disputes will be subject to competent courts having jurisdiction over Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.
